About The Role:
Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:
Maximize Cross-Products Synergies
- Ensure the Digiteam architecture principles are followed by all products
- Align Products Lines through End to End Customer experience
- Define End to end customer journey Use current state end to end customer journey to highlight the risks of siloed products and reorient decisions around a unified Customer experience
- Assist Solution Architect to define solutions by Persona (roles) rather than Products users only
- Partner with products owner and Digiteam Products lead to ensure good prioritization of initiatives
Provide reusable Services and Building Blocks
- Improve architectural decisions process for planned and/or in-flight projects and drive shared accountability of architectural outcomes
- Promote usage of rapid access to pre-approved development building blocks to speed delivery and improve product quality
Coach Solutions Architects
- Identify and evaluate Solution architects skills, promoting their career.
- Animate the network of solution architect and deliver regular best practices and update regarding platforms and knowledge.
- Initiate peer forum to share architecture guidance
Instill architectural thinking to non architects
- Design a curriculum to teach Enterprise Architecture practices
- Identify and mitigate common architecture decision making pitfalls that undermine time to market and quality. Define and implement decision tool assisting solution architect to propose the right solution in the first shot.
- Provide tools that enable a shared foundation for architecture communication (common terms, graphics, documentation) for non architects.
- Provide self assement tools to further instill architectural success across delivery and operation teams
About You:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Technical Architecture
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to keep a mid term / long term mindset while keeping pragmatism
- Experience in enterprise business process management
- Architecture skill validated by a certification (TOGAFF is a plus)
- Proven experience in Business Service, building blocks and solution design
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in architecture
- Knowledge of emerging data & AI technologies and trends, and a passion for staying UpToDate with the latest developments in the field
- English spoken professionaly.
