Your role and responsibilities
Mission Statement: Support the Sales organization and customers throughout the proposal process by preparing technical descriptions of the applied products and technology, determining costs, preparing final documentation, and serving as a key technical resource in the assigned area. Work closely with local/regional LVS marketing & sales leadership in providing emerging and digital solutions to the allocated region. Main Accountabilities: 1. Sales support Supports the local Sales organisation in determining the most techni-cally appropriate and cost-effective solutions and in the preparation of demanding offers. Provides technical support during the technical meeting, product presentations and negotiations and offers product/ solution/service-related training. Manage interaction with Microsoft Engineering team located in Singa-pore providing technical support on a priority basis. 2. Offer preparation Prepares/supports preparation of technical/commercial offers based on customer specification requirements, Local LVS factory indications and Sales organization directives. Participates in the kickoff meeting organized by the project team. 3. Costs Definition Defines cost for the proposed solution and communicates to the Sales organisation. 4. Risk review Provides information to the risk review process in accordance with ABB policy and participates in the risk review assessment as re-quired. 5. Competitive analysis Analyses customer needs and competitor offers through gen-eral market information and information provided by the Sales organization. 6. Lost proposals Performs lost proposal analysis, identifies potential cause, and recommends future actions in cooperation with Sales / LVS LPG to obtain better future results 7. Solutions Formulate conventional and digital solutions for targeted LVS strategic customers in the allocated region 8. Marketing Participate in developing new LVS solutions to address market opportunities and support front end sales in promoting solutions to grow the available market 9. Collaboration Develop and deliver training and promotional material to front end sales and targeted customers to communicate new solutions

Qualifications for the role
- At least 3 years of Sales & Marketing experience with direct responsibility of sales and marketing of Low Voltage Systems and products.
- Strong knowledge of low voltage system and Products is must.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
- Self-driven with networking, collaboration, and intercultural skills.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration
- Fluency in Japanese and English
