As a Sr ISC Project Management Specialist here at Honeywell, you will be accountable for managing and executing projects related to the supply chain network. You will report directly to the Sr Director ISC Operations and you will work out of our Austin, TX location. In this role, you will play a critical role in driving project success and ensuring the efficient and effective execution of supply chain initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to define project scope, develop project plans, and monitor project progress. Your expertise in project management will be instrumental in delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage projects from initiation to closure to ensure project objectives are delivered.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Be a strong team player, ability to flex based on business needs and quick to respond.
• Work with sales to build demand forecast, supply plan and generate production orders.
• Support the launch of New Product Introductions and support engineering.
• Manage the inventory plan and optimize per the business needs.
• Lead and support any quality and warranty issues. Drive continuous improvement initiatives on the make the system lean and efficient.
• Monitor project progress and identify and mitigate risks and issues
• Manage domestic and international shipping operations
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders.
U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.
MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, (Supply chain or operations)
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
WE VALUE
• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Operations or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
• Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices
• Strong thoughtful and data-driven mindset
• Working knowledge of SAP
