JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Service Assistant in Kintore, you will play a key role in supporting the seamless operation of the Aftermarket Department with a strong customer service mindset. Your varied responsibilities will span all aspects of departmental support, including cleaning, assembly, material handling, and general assistance, as well as receiving and dispatching materials and providing logistical support to the Spare Parts Department. Additionally, you'll ensure the precise and timely picking and preparation of project materials to meet business requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with designated tasks as instructed, ensuring efficiency and safety.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Operate forklifts as required (training can be provided), and assist in driving company vans.
• Provide general support to Service Technicians and Spare Parts Store for picking and packing.
• Promote smooth workflow by moving and delivering components to designated areas.
• Offer support to management with various tasks to maintain department productivity.
• Maintain awareness of company policies and objectives, including strict adherence to HSE standards.
• Inspect, record, and report any issues to ensure quality and safety compliance.
• Adhere to all housekeeping, quality, and safety requirements within the facility.

Skills & Experience Required:

Essential:

• Educated to O level or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of the oil and gas industry in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid forklift license preferred; training can be provided.
• Valid driving license.

Desirable:

• Experience in a manufacturing, service, or store environment.
