No experience / No degreeWe are seeking an experienced Contracts and Commercial Specialist that will play a pivotal role in managing high-value infrastructure transactions, ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects under various contractual frameworks. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Initial 12-month contract with potential multi-year extension, ideally starting early January.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to meet project requirements.
- Manage complex infrastructure outsourcing transactions, including JV, PPP, BOOT, and BOOM.
- Conduct project financing and valuation for infrastructure developments.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with project sponsors, financiers, investors, and contractors.
- Apply financial modelling techniques to support commercial processes.
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Business, Accounting, Economics, Legal (Construction Law), Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management / Construction Science, or related discipline.
- 5 years of experience in complex infrastructure transactions, preferably in power generation, transmission, and related categories.
- In-depth knowledge of the infrastructure delivery market and its participants.
- Strong understanding of project financing and valuation.
- Excellent facilitation, problem-solving, and relationship management skills.
