This position reports to
Trade Compliance Manager
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide internal and external customer support (e.g. order, documentary and payment related assistance) and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to have complete project ownership and ensure customer expectation and satisfaction. The work model for the role is: #hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Area in Dalmine. You will be mainly accountable for: • Data Entry: ensures a correct and precise record of the order, any variations and consequent invoicing. Prepares the necessary documentation for the export of the goods and any declarations requested by the customer. • Customer assistance: ensures the resolution of customer issues (e.g., order, documents, payments) by coordinating with Sales, Project Manager and Engineer, Shipping Management, and other internal and/or external teams. Support resolution with After-Sales Service and/or Spare Parts teams. • Customer relations: proactively informs customers about issue status based on inputs and clarifies any questions. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the entire process. You will join a dynamic team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the role
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- You are at ease communicating in Italian and English both written and spoken.
- You are a dynamic individual with excellent attention to detail and good interpersonal skills.
- Capacity to work in team.
- Degree in economics and similar.
