Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop end-to-end business intelligence framework for online products and SAAS solutions based on requirements that include recommending an appropriate architecture (on-premises/cloud), analytics, and reporting. Each day, you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics and to identify trends that could improve business performance. You will also showcase your expertise by designing new dashboards using best practices and intuitive visualization.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Design, develop, and manage interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that meet business needs. Utilize Power BI to transform complex data sets into compelling and easily digestible insights. Maintain and optimize existing Power BI reports, ensuring high per-formance and data accuracy.

• Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure business performance and guide decision-making. Leverage advanced Power BI features, such as R/Python integration, AI visuals, and custom visuals, to enhance reporting capabilities.

• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support business strategies. Understanding of data integration (data mining, data preparation, valida-tion and cleaning), familiarity with complex data and structures)

• Good to have skills: Writing efficient and complex SQL queries for data extraction, manipula-tion, and ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Knowledge of Hadoop, Spark, or other Big Data tools is helpful for scaling large data sets. • Develop and implement BI through working in Agile teams - Work closely with business stake-holders to understand requirements, gather insights, and translate them into actionable Power BI solutions, providing ongoing support and training as needed.

• Provide business application analysis and data modelling design to collect, standardize, main-tain, monitor and audit business data for effective centralized data warehouse. Monitor and op-timize Power BI performance, including reducing refresh times, improving model efficiency, and addressing any technical issues to maintain a smooth user experience.

• Mentor junior team members, share BI best practices, and stay current with Power BI updates, ensuring the BI team uses the latest techniques and innovations

Qualifications for the role

• Degree in Analytics, Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related fields

• 8+ years Business Intelligence experience, of which 5+ years in developing and implementing enterprise scale reports and dashboards using Power BI

• Develop and maintain processes of automated data and using various business intelligence re-porting tools to create dashboards

• Work in cross-functional agile scrum teams to deliver visualization dashboards
