Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement product marketing strategies in line with global product strategy in assigned area to meet business objectives. Each day, you will implement marketing activities and support Sales organization in driving sales and services for respective products. You will also showcase your expertise by driving sales efficiency by providing appropriate product knowledge information and training. The work model for the role is: #hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification Business of Smart Building and Smart Power in Germany. Main stakeholders are electrical committees, internal factories and sales. Your main responsibilities include: • Implementing strategies based on standards and regulations to enhance business success. • Executing product strategy within and outside electrical committees for the German market; if necessary, this includes participation in relevant EU or global working groups. • (Agile) Collaboration with sales, product marketing, and other internal stakeholders to achieve targets. • Improving local standards. • Executing the annual marketing plan in collaboration with relevant divisions and/or product groups.

Qualifications for the role
- You are already involved in committees and the electrification market.
- You have 10 or more years of experience in certification, quality, or committee-related fields.
- You possess advanced knowledge of / are qualified in / are highly skilled in {specialized software/platforms}.
- You are passionate about forming alliances beyond manufacturers and stakeholders and can understand what is left unsaid.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or natural sciences.
- You have advanced proficiency in German and fluent English skills, both spoken and written.
