Special Service Task Coordinator
Vestas
Individual contributor who coordinates with service site managers within their region to ensure the safe, timely, cost-effective replacement of main components. This role works in collaboration with internal organizations to remove roadblocks to effective, consistent, replacement execution. Will also identify and implement process improvements.

Bachelors degreed highly preferred in relevant field (ie. Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics)
1+ years related experience (ie. Resource Management, Operations Management and Technical Planning) Experience supporting Blade Repairs in their region.
Physical Demands
While performing the tasks of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use of hands and fingers to handle and feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand and walk, as well as travel to other locations, some that may be remote. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Technically plan all blade inspections and repairs for the \region.
- Regular information exchange with sub-regions and key stakeholders to continuously improve the repair process.
- Regular reporting to management on repair execution.
- Repair execution performance monitored, and concepts/tools updated and improved.
- Build relationships with vendors and key internal contacts.
- Technical planning as SME for blade repairs, Liaise with internal departments to ensure field execution, Define work content and schedules with external partners/subcontractor, forward WO to dispatcher for final planning and execution.
Key Tasks:
- Capture blade repair performance
- Support site managers in repair execution
- Ensure proper processes are being followed by repair teams
- Capture opportunities for efficiency improvements
- Prioritize repairs/inspections within sub-region
- Identify major drivers of repair/inspection delays and implement solutions
- Support Site Manager coordination between internal organizations (supply chain, resource, etc)
Essential Functions:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel) including Salesforce, SAP & internet navigation
- Ability to work flexible hours, coordinating with various time zones
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to maintain database and planning systems.
Education, Training and Skills Required:
Bachelors degreed highly preferred in relevant field (ie. Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics)
1+ years related experience (ie. Resource Management, Operations Management and Technical Planning) Experience supporting Blade Repairs in their region.
- Prefer A level certified blade repair tech but will consider strong B level technician
- Project management

- Good IT skills and experience with information processing in databases and planning tools
