- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve organizational targets.
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities within the heavy equipment sector.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer and dealer relationships.
- Understand customer requirements to provide tailored solutions.
- Lead negotiations and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Oversee dealer development programs, providing coaching and support to enhance their performance.
- Actively engage with dealers' daily operations to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Spearhead product development initiatives and lead associated projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in heavy equipment sales, with at least 2 years in Iraq.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate technical product specifications effectively.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Valid Iraq driving license.
