Your role:
You will work closely with the Procurement / Sourcing team to identify andevaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure the timely delivery ofmaterials and services. Your role will contribute to optimizing supply chainefficiency, reducing costs, and supporting the overall success of our Building Automation business unit.
Inthis role, you will impact the success of our business by supportingthe sourcing and procurement process, ensuring the availability of materialsand services to meet production and project requirements. You will alsocontribute to cost savings initiatives and supplier relationship management and your responsibilities will include

- Using statistics and data points to identify solutions that find value and cost savings.
- Develop and to maintain strong relationships internal and with suppliers.
- Use data & analytics to draw out insights that contribute to business decisions.
- Cost modelling, business case development, project management and leadership.
Skills and Experience
- Relevant Undergraduate Degree - (Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar degree)) completed in the 2 years preceding the start date for the Graduate role, February 2025.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data through storytelling.
- Ability to think on your feet.
- Customer focused and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity and excellent attention to detail.
