Sales Quality is a department within Vestas Quality, that has the purpose of delivering quality standards during the entire sales process, from early deal negotiations to contract signing and hand-over to project execution. Sales Quality represents Vestas Quality in all sales stages, ensuring we commit products and services to our customers which we can deliver with premium quality and performance. The department consists of Sales Quality representatives in all sales regions, Offshore Sales and Project Certification Leads, as well as Inspection & Audit Specialists for Onshore and Offshore projects.
In our Sales Quality department, you will be an important part of supporting Vestas to reach our established business targets.
Responsibilities
You will be the Sales Quality representative in APAC, Quality Business Partner of the regional leadership team, and overall responsible for quality topics during all sales stages in APAC region. In essence, you will support the Sales contracting team in developing and negotiating customer quality requirements. In addition, you will support the regional Sales leadership team in continuous improvement measures and delivering quality standards. In this function, you will also be the interface between Global Quality and Sales in the regions.

- You will represent Vestas Quality in regional Functional Management and other Quality Teams, like Construction and Service. In addition, you will contribute to process improvement initiatives as they relate to quality standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree within Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration or other related fields
- Proven experience of minimum 8 years within Quality Management, Sales, or handling Quality of large, complex projects in a global project organization, ideally in the Offshore wind industry.
- Experience in leadership or senior roles is a bonus.
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and related Quality standards.
- Knowledge of wind industry standards (i.e. IEC, BSH) is a bonus.
- Formal Quality Management training and certification.
- Training and certification in Project Management is beneficial but not a must.
- Fluent in English, other languages are a bonus.
- Willingness to travel.

- Well organized and with ability to work in a fast-growing business area with limited global supervision.
- Motivated, versatile, and team-oriented curious learner with high quality and business understanding.
- Consistent and focused personality with the ability to balance customer requirements and organizational capabilities, stipulated in an appropriate contractual agreement.
- Good stakeholder management skills and ability to create a positive, collaborative, and innovative working environment both in the sales projects and in the Sales Quality department.
