Your role and responsibilities

In this role as a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in various aspects of the recruitment process within HR Services Team. This internship offers hands-on experience in talent acquisition, providing exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process and an opportunity to contribute to the organization's hiring success. Position is based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The work model for the role is: #LI-onsite, #LI-hybrid You will be mainly accountable for: • Candidate Sourcing: Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to support in identifying potential candidates. • Screening and Shortlisting: Conducting initial screenings of resumes and applications, evaluating candidate qualifications against job requirements. • Interview Coordination: Assisting in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process. • Candidate Communication: Communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates, gathering necessary information, and maintaining a positive candidate experience. • Database Management: Maintaining an organized and up-to-date candidate database. Ensuring accurate and detailed records of candidate interactions, feedback, and progress.

Qualifications for the role

• Pursuing an MBA in HR with 60% and above in current and previous academics.
• Good to have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-driven, resilient, energetic, and enthusiastic, with the ability to create or respond constructively to challenging ideas and inputs.
• Flexible team player.
• Structured, organized, solution-oriented, and possessing good communication skills.
