Mission
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Technical Instructional Designer with experience in developing interactive e-learning modules. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in instructional design principles and be proficient with Articulate tools (Rise mandatory, Storyline optional) to design, develop, and deliver engaging digital learning content. This role will work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), trainers, and stakeholders to create educational materials that improve knowledge retention and skill development across technical domains.

• Design and develop interactive, engaging, and user-friendly e-learning modules using Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to gather content and translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and learner-focused digital training.
• Apply instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles to ensure learning objectives are effectively met.
• Create instructional materials including storyboards, scripts, scenarios, exercises, infographic draft, and assessments.
• Integrate multimedia elements (graphics, animations, video and audio) into e-learning modules to enhance the learning experience.
• Review and edit existing content for clarity, effectiveness, and consistency with learning standards.
• Conduct needs analysis and learner analysis to identify the appropriate instructional strategies and tools for targeted audiences.
• Test, troubleshoot, and iterate on course content to ensure functionality, usability, and compatibility across devices and learning management systems (LMS).
• Track, measure, and evaluate learning outcomes and engagement using data and feedback from learners.
• Stay up-to-date with e-learning trends, instructional design technologies, and best practices to continuously improve training materials.
Qualifications
About You
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training, or a related field.
Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design or e-learning development.
• Proven experience designing and developing e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline and Articulate Rise.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning theories.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and SCORM/xAPI compliance.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and multimedia editing tools.
• Experience working in a technical or IT-related field, with the ability to develop training for technical audiences.
• Certification in Instructional Design or e-Learning (e.g., ATD, CPTD).
• Experience with video production and editing tools (Camtasia, Vyond, etc.).
Skills Requirement:
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
