This position reports to
Project Manager
Your role and responsibilities
• Customer Communication: Establish and maintain effective communication channels with clients to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns promptly. • Customer Satisfaction: Monitor and evaluate client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle, implementing feedback mechanisms to adjust project strategies as necessary. • Expectation Management: Set clear project goals and deliverables in collaboration with clients, ensuring that their expectations align with project capabilities and timelines. Analyzing customer requirements and developing project plans accordingly. • Problem Solving: Address and proactively resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project, ensuring that client needs are met effectively. Effectively analyze and present complex situations with clear logical, identify key issues, and develop structured solutions. • Adept at identifying project issues, analyzing complex situations, and developing effective solutions, involves critical thinking, creativity, and the ability to assess risks and opportunities. • Preparing project estimates, schedules and resources. Managing and coordinating the project's activities with internal and external stakeholders. • Developing and managing project budgets. Coordinating with vendors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of project components. • Monitoring and controlling project milestones, deliverables and quality assurance. Reporting project status and performance to management. • Lead the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. • Ensuring adherence to safety and security procedures. • Performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor or above
- Good knowledge of MS Office and MS Project, experience in Tier1 system project management in an international environment;
- Familiar with using quality tools such as RCA Six Sigma and FMEA.
- A customer minded person with strong interpersonal and people management skills
- Outstanding planning & organizing skills
- Result oriented and stress resistant person
- Very good communication skills both oral and written in mandarin and English
- Demonstrated experience in management of project scope, cost, schedules, and vendors
- Willing to take travels
