Job Description Summary

In this role, the Executive Assistant will provide administrative support the Executive Director for Flight Safety

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities
  • Manage the executive's calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters
  • Design and ensure (including content coordination) operating mechanisms such as 1:1s, team meetings (including in-person/virtual offsites), all hands meeting etc., are conducted
  • Draft and review organizational announcements for the leader in partnership with Internal communications
  • Manage travel arrangements and create & submit expense reports
  • Provide special meeting/event planning and logistics (offsites, all-hands, team activities, retirement events, etc.)
  • Compile and format leadership pitches, organizational communications, and other special projects
  • Able to incorporate creative approaches to various projects by taking initiative and working independently


Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of executive administrative support experience)
