We are seekinga dynamic and results-oriented Sales Manager to serve customers in the Offshore& Energy segment in Norway. You will be responsible for developing andimplementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with customers anddriving market growth.

About the position
Main responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Offshore & Energy segment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure that customer needs are met
- Responsible for the sales processes including inquiries, offers and order handling
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies
- Achieve and exceed sales budgets and targets
About You
- Relevant education in sales, marketing or engineering
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the offshore or energy sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Result-oriented with a proactive approach
