The Opportunity
SANY America is looking to recruit a driven, forward-thinking and highly motivate Regional Sales Manager-Drill Rigs (East Coast New York -Florida). With the deep investment and backing of SANY Group, the Americas business expects to grow significantly in the coming years. Critical to this growth is the appointment of a Regional Sales Manager-Drill Rigs who is responsible for driving sales within a defined region and overseeing the overall operations of a SANY store specializing in heavy equipment.
With current revenues just short of $500M, SANY America continues to make strong progress and significant investments in the Americas market; the organization is now pursuing an aggressive growth strategy and is looking to move quickly beyond this initial platform and increase their market share. This role will require someone who can balance multiple tasks while being a problem solver that can resolve complex machine issues

Responsibilities
- Develop sales and marketing plan for specific territory.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries from new and existing customers.
- Collect market and customer needs and feedback to product manager and engineering team.
- Build and maintain relationship with customers.
- Coordinate with internal departments and outside parties to make sure machine delivery on time and properly.
- Work with technicians to provide customers with outstanding service.
Professional Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' experience of drill rig sales.
- Experienced in direct customer sales.
- Ability to understand and convey the technical aspects of foundation installation equipment to contractors.
- Solid experience in business development, relationship building, territory management.
- Drill Rig operator background (a plus)
