Job Summary: Petrochem is currently seeking a Scaffold Lead Man in Sidney, OH. This position reports to the Job Site Manager and supports the organization's mission, vision, and values by exhibiting the following behaviors: excellence and competence, collaboration, innovation, respect, commitment to our community, accountability, and ownership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assembles, alters and dismantles scaffolds according to OSHA guidelines and manufacturers requirements.
• Leads/directs team in proper work performance and job requirements
• Cooperates with Petrochem Project Manager, Supervisor and customers in carrying out assigned work
• Ensures all scaffolding components are in good condition and meet safety standards
• Ensures team members adhere to all safety protocols and regulations, including wearing appropriate PPE at all times

Key Requirements and Education Experience:

• Minimum 3 years experience in metal working or equivalent
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Have reliable transportation
• Be responsible, honest and have in depth knowledge of the job
• Be able to lead others on the team
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a regular basis

• As dictated by business need
