Overview

We are seeking a Toxic Gas Monitoring System Specialist for assignment in Santa Clara, California. The selected candidate will focus on Gas Life Safety Systems for state of the art semi-conductor, industrial and commercial facilities.

Hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

** This position is on-site in Santa Clara **

Responsibilities

- Deliver complex packages focused on process chemical system design and gas cabinet monitoring for critical Life Safety Systems
- Interface directly with client counterparts in designing their facilities
- Utilize AutoCAD and other engineering tools
- Provide on-site assistance during startup and testing activities

Qualifications

- Bachelors Degree in Engineering

- Knowledge of NFPA 70 (NEC) and electrical design requirements

- Knowledge of NFPA 400 Hazardous Materials Code

- Design experience with Fire Alarm, VESDA systems, TGMS sensors, HPM sensors and Leak Detection

- Knowledge of construction specifications

- Experience with field verifications
