Quality Control Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for electrical /electronic New Product development (NPD) Quality planning, quality control and customer complaints management, enhance product reliability by continuously improvement to satisfy the customer expectation; drive quality process optimization and digitalization in quality. You will be mainly accountable for: • Electronic products customer complaints analyze and improvement: Fast respond to the customer complaints and lead the internal analyze process; Plan and drive the corrective and preventive actions to guarantee a fast and effective close of the issues. • Electronic products quality control, support production to drive the analyze and solve of production issues to guarantee a better delivery with reliable quality; Owner of process quality KPIs (DPMO, RTY), drive the core team to take necessary actions. • Electronic NPD quality planning: Define and implement product verification test plan according to relevant products requirements and standards; Product release validation and approve; Collaborate with project team to realize the on-time delivery with a reliable quality. • Quality control effectiveness and accuracy management: products periodical validation test plan define and implementation; Control plan, inspection instructions define; Define the training plan and implement the training to quality testers; Periodically check the test reports to guarantee the effectiveness and accuracy; continue improve inspection efficiency. • Drive quality digitalization (new tools, methodology and software platform), to realize the digital report and continuously improvement on quality data.

Qualifications for the role

• Education Background Bachelor's degree or above, major in electrical or mechanical related professional as preferred
• Above 3 years quality control background, experience in electrical/electronic products is preferred.
• Familiar with PPAP, SPC, CP, FMEA, etc., Six Sigma belts is preferred.
• Proficiency skill for Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Familiar with Minitab or Power BI is preferred
• Ability to communicate in English, both written and oral.
• Good communication and teamwork
• Highly responsible, and self-motivated.
• A very strong learning ability.
