Position Snapshot
The Demand Generation Manager is a key member of the Sales team and is responsible for owning the strategy for inbound and outbound demand generation to drive critical business targets. We're looking for a HubSpot expert who excels in campaign optimization, performance tracking, and lead-generation strategies that deliver maximum ROI. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, capable of long-term planning while managing day-to-day operations. This role requires a results-oriented, forward-thinking individual who embraces innovative solutions to enhance demand-generation efforts and fuel business growth. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's success.
The ideal candidate has the flexibility to travel to the Miami, FL office as needed to collaborate in person, attend key meetings, and support team initiatives.

Core Responsibilities
- Own inbound and outbound demand generation strategy to drive target outcomes
- Design and implement a data-driven approach to generate high-quality leads, accelerate pipeline growth, and enhance prospect engagement
- Create and execute an integrated campaign strategy utilizing a mix of channels such as webinars, paid media, website, email marketing, direct mail, events, and partner marketing
- Forecast, analyze, and measure performance impact
- Manage and optimize HubSpot for effective demand-generation activities
- Develop marketing automation workflows, including lead nurturing, lead scoring, and segmentation
- Take ownership of ROI and deliver clear, actionable reports utilizing HubSpot that provide visibility into performance and forecasts on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- Define key business KPIs, analyze their drivers, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and other departments to ensure alignment of goals and strategies
- Facilitate effective communication between departments to enhance lead conversion rates
- Ensure accuracy and quality in all demand-generation activities
- Potential for future leadership opportunities, including the ability to build and manage a high-performing team
- Approximately 25% of annual travel expected
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of direct experience with HubSpot
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in lead generation and demand generation roles
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Strong proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools
- Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and ability to adjust strategies in response to market changes
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Masters of Business Administration preferred
