Lead Generation and List Building
• Source new deals on broker platforms and sites such as BizBuySell and Axial.
• Create and maintain up-to-date lists of business brokers.
• Clean proprietary company lists, ensuring company information is accurate, relevant, and formatted correctly.
• Build and maintain records in Google Docs and Pipedrive CRM.
Market Research
• Conduct research to provide insights on industry size, growth trends, and relevant developments.
• Identify specific competitors and customers within relevant markets for a clearer competitive landscape.
Other Administrative Support
• Assist with document conversions, such as income statements from PDF to Excel.
• Provide general support as needed to streamline information for the team.
Skill Set
• We are looking for candidates who are self-motivated, highly organized, and proactive with experience in lead generation, CRM management, and online research. • Strong communication skills and proficiency with Google Docs and CRM tools (preferably Pipedrive) are required.
