What are you going to do

  • Partner with Managers to understand hiring requirements and ensure successful placements.
  • Take a multi-channel approach to candidate sourcing
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and relationship management.
  • Conduct pre-screening and in-depth interviews to assess candidate suitability for internal client needs and company culture.
  • Assist the Operations Team with onboarding and offboarding contractors.
  • Leverage your network to gain industry referrals and identify top talent.


Essential skills and knowledge

  • 3+ years experience in recruitment.
  • Completion of post-secondary education.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a passion for networking.
  • Ability to work with urgency, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence and motivation to thrive in a self-directed, fast-paced environment.
  • A competitive drive and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Eagerness to learn industry terms and concepts.
  • Resilience under pressure, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Strong time management, organizational skills, and a disciplined, reliable work ethic.
