The purpose of the Office Administrator role is to provide support and assistance to Schneider Electric Systems Slovakia s.r.o. managers and staff in key operative activities. Responsible for the general operation of the Bratislava office.
What will you do?
- Serve as the point person for office management duties, including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment
- Order and arrange the services related to internal and external visitors
- Provide general support to visitors
- Scheduling meetings and appointments, ensure availability of resources, and assets
- Supervise maintenance and improvement office environment and arrange necessary smaller repairs and fixes via landlord or other appropriate service providers.
- Manage and order stationery and equipment
- Address employees' queries regarding office management issues
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
- Plan/support in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences
- Manage petty cash and petty cash records
- Assistance and maintenance of schedule of the General Manager by planning and scheduling meetings, teleconferences, and travel
- Preparation of regular reports by collecting and analyzing information
- Processing and preparation materials for review of General Manager
- Might be assigned to coordinate internal projects

What qualifications will make you successful?
- Secondary education with leaving examination, Follow-up/Higher Professional Education or University education
- Very good organizational skills
- Excellent computer skills, including expertise in MS Office, Word, Excel, MS Project, SharePoint and databases
- Existing SAP user skills are an advantage
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Fluent level of English and Slovak language (in both verbal and written communication)
- Knowledge of an additional language is an advantage (GER, FR, Italian, SP)
- Ability to protect and keep information confidential.
