New Project Buyer - Power Product China Procurement- Schneider Electric

What is it about?

The new project (OCP) buyer

ü is a member in Power Product China Procurement team, working with OPLs (offer procurement leader) as assistance in new offer creation process.

ü Act as department administration.

ü Target to support simple projects independently or participate in project under OPL's governance.

Main Objectives

ü support OPLs (offer procurement leader) on prototype purchasing (place PO, follow GR, and solve invoice issue)

ü support OPLs for tooling PO and capex transfer.

ü Process and documentation admin: contract signing, approval, stamp, archive.

ü Support meeting assistance.

ü Able to support prototype purchasing independently for simple project (commercial prototype. Finish whole process from RFQ to purchase)

Requirements

ü Education: Bachelor's degree

ü fluent in English

ü Faster learner that shows initiative, creative and energetic. Demonstrate a positive attitude. Be conformable to negotiate.

ü Desirable skills such as presentation ability, strong PC background and digitization skills are plus.
