In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Contacting customers whose unique Software contract is about to expire and needs to be renewed
• Presentation of the benefits of our services to customers with individual Software contracts
• Full coordination of Software contracts also at the system level
• Customer support for automatic contract renewal and multi-year contracts
• Daily use of English

Who You Are: You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one, small and large groups, or among diverse styles and position levels.You uncover root causes to difficult problems.You readily action new challenges, without unnecessary planning
