Material Handler - Level 2

As a Material Handler - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you willbe responsible for the efficient and accurate movement of materials within thewarehouse. You will report directly to our Warehouse Supervisor, and you'llwork out of our Houston, TX location.
In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation ofthe warehouse and supporting the overall supply chain process. You will beresponsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, as well asmaintaining inventory accuracy. Your attention to detail and ability to work ina fast-paced environment will be key to your success.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Receive incoming materials and verifyaccuracy of shipments
• Store materials in designatedlocations within the warehouse
• Pick and pack materials for outboundshipments
• Perform inventory counts and maintainaccurate inventory records
• Operate material handling equipmentsuch as forklifts, pallet jacks and WAV.
• Ensure compliance with safety andquality standards
WORKING CONDITIONS
Work will be completed in office and /or shipping andreceiving production areas. There will be potential exposure to seasonaltemperatures. Sitting, standing, and lifting packages.
Hours:7:00 am - 4:00pm Monday Through Friday.

YOUMUST HAVE
• Detail-Oriented, keeps accurateinventory and documentation.
• 2+ years of experience in a warehouseor material handling role
• Ability to operate material handlingequipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
• Basic computer skills
• Display good teamwork, flexibility,and initiative.
• Interface with different departments,vendors, and customers in a professional manner.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to analyze and reviewshipping/receiving documents.
• Able to work long hours and/orweekends sometimes based on operational needs.
