Honeywell's ACST team is seeking a Lead MaintenanceTechnician for our Chandler, AZ location.
KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Repairs:
Conduct immediate equipment root cause analysis leading to proper repairs of machinery to ensure optimal functionality.
Preventive Maintenance:
Conduct typical inspections and preservation of a wide variety of equipment and systems to ensure optimal functionality.
Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures and schedules.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and maintain equipment inventories and supplies
Collaborations:
Collaborate with manufacturing engineers to develop and implement control strategies for new and existing equipment. Perform system testing and validation to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
Elevate with your team members to build a culture and atmosphere of a collaborative efficient team
Innovation:
Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices related to cost reduction and production efficiency.
Support continuous improvement projects to streamline workflows, eliminate waste, and enhance productivity.
Work with engineering teams to develop, design, and build cutting edge equipment.

MUST HAVES
3 years of manufacturing floor experience as a maintenance technician or equipment technician.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work in cross-functional teams.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
WE VALUE
Associate's degree in engineering, or equivalent field experience/certifications.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
Experience using SolidWorks CAD
Have practical experience working with engineering equipment
Wide Experience supporting critical manufacturing.
Experience stabilizing production environments after product launch.
Continuous learning mindset and a passion for innovation skills.
Various fabrication experience, including but not limited to welding, lathes, mills, CNC, controls, electrical, carpentry skills.
