JOB DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Generate and send customer invoices per the requirements.
  • Following up on late payments and resubmitting billing as necessary.
  • Create purchases orders.
  • Process vendor invoices according to NOV policies.
  • Required to operate computer with spreadsheet and word processor software.
  • Must have a commitment to Quality.
  • Required to input data into the (Gold) System.
  • Reports to the Facility / Division Manager for whom the Administrative Assistant is assigned to.


QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Education or equivalent.
  • Must have Excel and word processing experience
  • Excellence Communication skills with Customers and Company Employees
  • Knowledge of Office Daily Operation
  • Knowledge of HSE Requirements for Employees
