Working Day : 6 Days with 8 Hours (Shift work)

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree
2. 1 year+ of experience in facility management (New graduate are welcome)

Job Description

1. Operation and maintenance of facilities equipment and systems in accordance with site processes and procedures, as appropriate to individual knowledge, skills, certifications and licenses.
2. Perform regular site inspections, including Facility Walk Through and the collection of data and equipment readings as required.
3. Monitors contractors for procedural, safety, environmental, and risk mitigation process compliance with established procedures/policies/laws.
4. Provides training (within their expertise) to other technicians and trainees.
5. Provides technical expertise and assistance as required.
6. The CFT is expected to have intermediate level knowledge of at least one technical discipline or site system and the ability to complete the CET training, attaining general knowledge on all site systems.
7. Responds to emergent situations at the site as required.
8. Other client supporting tasks as assigned.
