JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a 12 months contract role based our of our ICON office, Singapore.

Job Description:

  • Receive and log service requests from customers or warranty enquiries - to work with service manager to ensure assignment of appropriate service technician.
  • To assist and support management in monitoring technicians' attendance, OT, allowance claims and monitor progress to close out all service jobs.
  • Ensure all quotations for service repairs are actions and recorded.
  • Generate Purchase Orders to vendors for the procurement of goods/supplies required for service jobs, etc.
  • Ensure Delivery Orders are logged correctly and monitor vendor invoices are received timely and in complete order.
  • Generate quotations and order entry for spare parts.
  • Coordinate and follow-up on aftermarket order statuses.
  • Maintain and update administration files related to the service team.


Job Requirements:

  • Min Diploma or any relevant qualification with 2 years experience in similar function.
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Able to prioritise and work in a team.
  • Good experience in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Meticulous and attention to detail.
