BATCH ( ASPHALT ) PLANT POSITIONS SITE MANAGER – U.S. TERRITORY NORTH PACIFIC REGION

Hiring a Site Manager, Site Supervisor, and Site Engineer for a major work and infrastructure program in the US North Pacific Territory.

You’ll be part of a high-output operation built around an asphalt plant and an crusher/quarry spread.

Duties span production oversight, plant/crusher maintenance, QC support, weighbridge coordination, and day-to-day operational leadership. Flights, accommodation, and project support provided.

Work schedule: 6 days/week, 10 hours/day. Salary: **USD $100k+ depending on experience. Long term 12 month contracts.

Candidates bring 5–8+ years of asphalt plant experience, hands-on knowledge of crushing equipment, strong troubleshooting capability, and valid U.S. work rights (citizen or Green Card).

Proven track record running high-capacity asphalt plants and coordinating crushing/quarry operations in fast-paced civil or industrial settings. Strong troubleshooting ability, familiarity with production targets and quality requirements, and a disciplined approach to safety are essential.

Our selection criteria focus on technical competence, reliability, leadership capability, and the ability to operate effectively in remote environments with limited external support. Experience on batch plant equipment environment essential.
