Job Description Summary

Project management related to Services and MRO readiness of Supply Chain organization for Catalyst program . Responsible for Gate 1 (disassembly, cleaning, inspection) and Gate 3 (Assembly & Test) readiness and capacity expansion + supporting Gate 2 (repairs ) staff . Functions with autonomy but uses guidance by his/her leader and established policies or review of end results.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsibility for industrialization of Engines MRO set up, Gate 1 - 3 , spare parts management
• Coordination and supervision of capacity, capability,
• Managing active cooperation of departments: supply chain, product management and engineering.
• Creating reports for management.
• TG (milestones) management.

Required Qualifications

• Opportunity for candidates with experience to grow to senior level in multi disciplinary, multi location environment. (Mid career position. )
• Experience with launch management.
• Experience in Aviation services and/or MRO world
• Fluent English and Czech language, both written and spoken.
• Experience in Manufacturing & Production Process and Equipment required.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
