Airswift is looking for a TAR Materials Expeditor to support a major client in Texas City, TX on a 5-month contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
Overtime: Substantial overtime opportunities during Pre-TAR planning and TAR execution.

Responsibilities:

• Keep Projects Moving: Expedite all equipment and materials needed for the Q1 2025 TAR, ensuring timely delivery and operational excellence.
• Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with suppliers and vendors to track production schedules, resolve delays, and maintain a clear communication pipeline.
• Be Hands-On: Conduct occasional site visits to verify production schedules and check order statuses.
• Provide Insight: Report order status and updates directly to the Supply Chain team.
• Drive Results: Partner with internal teams to hit critical deadlines and meet TAR objectives.

Requirements:

• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Excel (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Familiarity with P6 (Primavera) is a plus.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
