This position reports to

Operations/Supply Planner

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule which can be executed. Each day, you will translate projected forecasts, incoming volume, and work scopes into a production plan with a time-phased build schedule. You will also showcase your expertise by establishing key performance indicators of master plan accuracy. The work model for the role is: onsite This role is contributing to the EL smart power in Jiangmen. You will be mainly accountable for: Responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule and then release work order to IPU which can be executed. Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities: Master Production Schedule, Translates forecasts, incoming volume into a production plan, and monitoring the plan accuracy. Manages load levelling and bottleneck scheduling. Planning Parameters, Maintains planning parameters in ERP, commitment dates to customer service team across multiple product lines. Production Schedule, Creates and maintains detailed production schedule from the production plan. Releases manufacturing work orders to IPU. Customer ROTD improve, Manage and monitor order on time delivery. Analysis, Performs standard and ad hoc detailed analyses for planning &fulfillment metrics. Identifies key root causes for non-performance, and drives improvement initiatives across Business.

Qualifications for the role

• Bachelor or above degree, business or engineering background is preferred,
• At least 2 years of Supply Chain related experience,
• Data analysis and statistics ability, familiar with Power BI,
• Basic knowledge of lean, quality tools,
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese,
• Good MS office skill and ERP knowledge, be skilled in SAP is preferred,
• Result-oriented, team working, and strong communication skill.
