This Position reports to:
Operations/Supply Planner

Your Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.

- Work model: onsite

• Responsible for conversion of supply plan into a master production schedule and then release work order to IPU which can be executed.
• Master Production Schedule, Translates forecasts, incoming volume into a production plan, and monitoring the plan accuracy. Manages load levelling and bottleneck scheduling.
• Planning Parameters, Maintains planning parameters in ERP, commitment dates to customer service team across multiple product lines.
• Production Schedule, Creates and maintains detailed production schedule from the production plan. Releases manufacturing work orders to IPU.
• Customer ROTD improve, Manage and monitor order on time delivery.
• Analysis, Performs standard and ad hoc detailed analyses for planning &fulfillment metrics. Identifies key root causes for non-performance, and drives improvement initiatives across Business.

Qualifications for the Role

• Bachelor or above degree, business or engineering background is preferred,
• At least 2 years of Supply Chain related experience,
  Data analysis and statistics ability, familiar with Power BI,
  Basic knowledge of lean, quality tools,
• Fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin Chinese,
  Good MS office skill and ERP knowledge, be skilled in SAP is preferred,
• Result-oriented, team working, and strong communication skill.
