Function description

At iPS Powerful People, we are always on the lookout for talented professionals to join our pool for future onshore and offshore projects. While we do not have a specific job opening at the moment, we are proactively building a pool of qualified candidates who are ready to mobilize quickly for upcoming opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Operate hoisting equipment, such as cranes, hoists, or derricks, to lift and transport heavy load
• Ensure equipment is used within its safe working limits and as per manufacturer's guidelines
• Conduct daily pre-operation checks to ensure equipment functionality and safety
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other site personnel to execute project tasks efficiently
• Adhere to all site safety protocols and regulatory standards, including load limits and environmental conditions
• Collaborate with riggers, signalers, and site supervisors to ensure safe operations
• Attach loads securely using slings, hooks, or other lifting accessories, ensuring proper weight distribution

Requirements

Requirements:

• Valid operator's license or certification for hoisting equipment
• Minimum 3 years experience as a hoisting operator in industrial projects or construction
• Proficient in operating various hoisting equipment types
• Familiarity with site safety regulations
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
