Role Overview
- Well Operations: Responsible for the smooth operation of gas lifted wells, ESP's, and three phase separation.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform minor maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment.
- Assisting Duties: Support other operators and craft personnel in their duties.
- Proactive Monitoring: Monitor well and equipment performance and take appropriate action to maximize production.
- Chemical Pump Optimization: Work with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data.
- Data Gathering: Interface with Engineering for data gathering requests.
- Compression Data Tracking: Keep track of test compression data.
- Fluid Level Analysis: Conduct fluid level analysis with an echo meter.
Skills & Qualifications
- Pump Expertise: Proven experience in pump operations and maintenance.
- Corrosion Knowledge: Familiarity with corrosion prevention techniques.
- Gas Lifted Wells: Experience in operating and maintaining gas lifted wells.
- ESP's: Knowledge of electrical submersible pumps.
- Three Phase Separation: Understanding of three phase separation processes.
- Gas Compression: Experience in gas compression operations.
- Control Board Operation: Proficiency in operating control boards.
- Pipeline Operation: Knowledge of pipeline operations and maintenance.
- Minor Maintenance Skills: Ability to perform minor maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment.
Education & Experience
- Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in pump operations and maintenance preferred.
