Are you ready to take on the role of Multi-Skilled Operator III [C] for a major oil and gas company in Kenedy, Texas? As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of gas compression, pumps, and other equipment to maximize production and maintain safety standards.

Role Overview

• Well Operations: Oversee the operation of gas lifted wells, ESP's, and three phase separation.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform minor maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment.
• Control Board Operation: Monitor and operate control boards to ensure proper functioning of equipment.
• Pipeline Operation: Monitor and maintain pipeline operations.
• Assisting Craft Personnel: Provide support to other operators and craft personnel in their duties.
• Maintenance Preparation: Prepare for maintenance by taking readings, issuing work permits, and following procedures.
• Data Gathering: Interface with support groups and engineering to gather data for optimization.
• Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor well and equipment performance and take appropriate action.
• Chemical Pump Optimization: Work with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data.
• Fluid Level Testing: Conduct fluid level testing using echo meter.

Skills & Qualifications

• Gas Compression Knowledge: Strong understanding of gas compression operations.
• Pump Expertise: Experience with pumps and their maintenance.
• Maintenance Skills: Ability to perform minor maintenance on valves, pumps, and rotating equipment.
• Optional Requirement: Familiarity with Gas Lifted Wells, ESP's, and Three Phase Separation.
• Control Board Operation: Proficient in operating control boards for equipment.
• Pipeline Knowledge: Understanding of pipeline operations and maintenance.
• Technical/Functional Support: Ability to provide technical support rather than administrative support.
• Technology Knowledge: Demonstrated knowledge of technology, applications, terminology, and procedures related to the job function.
• Problem Solving Skills: Ability to make decisions within broad parameters.

Education & Experience

• Experience Level: 5-7 years of experience in a similar role.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical or vocational training preferred.
