This position reports to

Planning & Fulfillment Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Your responsibilities • Developing production planning process and tools to meet business requirements • Developing and maintain production routines for all product portfolio • Planning and scheduling production work queue to meet customer delivery expectations • SAP PP module expertise and utilization, promote development to meet business needs • SAP and MES platform daily operating on time and on quality as regular routine jobs • Supporting and following-up on production progress to ensure smooth operational execution • Being work very closely with whole/cross plants functions and take lead to address problems which block production flow, responsible for ensuring production execution on plan • Identify root causes for deviation from the production plan and implements initiatives to improve adherence to plans for the future. • Supporting on forecasting process and material availability • Acting as a production interface towards project management and other key stakeholders • BI and process automation (MES) development to meet business needs • Regular reports and other tasks assigned by manager

Qualifications for the role

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Industrial Management, Business Administration, Automation or related field
• Strong expertise of planning in SAP as must; and MES, Power BI, Coding ability as a plus.
• Team player, good communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders
• Self-imposed and result oriented attitude
• Solutions oriented approach and decision-making abilities
• Open-minded and enthusiastic for constant improvement and innovation
• Fluent written communication skills in English, fluent speaking as a plus
