Construction Planner

A Construction Planner is responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, ensuring the timely completion of projects, and coordinating with various departments to ensure project goals are met. The Construction Planner must have a solid understanding of construction processes and techniques and be able to analyze and communicate project schedules, progress and potential problems to project stakeholders. In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, including being an open-minded and good listener.

We are also seeking junior candidates who are interested in expanding their skills and experience in construction planning. From such candidates, we would require communicativeness, openness, the ability to work with different people, proactivity, and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed project schedules and timelines
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
• Communicate project status and updates to project stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate potential schedule risks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, construction, and engineering
• Prepare and present reports on project progress and schedules, including S-Curve analysis and critical path analysis

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in Construction Planning or a related field (junior candidates are also welcome)
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques, particularly in the CEE region
• Good command of English, communicative
• Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Asta PP
• Experience with S-Curve analysis and critical path analysis
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Open-minded and a good listener with strong interpersonal skills.
