Essential Responsibilities:
  • Technical Knowledge: Utilize your in-depth understanding of electronic and electro-mechanical systems to provide expert support for production and aftermarket repair services. Your ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documentation will be crucial.
  • Testing and Calibration: Set up and operate sophisticated test equipment, conduct thorough evaluations, and calibrate instruments to meet precise standards. Your proficiency in these areas will ensure optimal performance and quality.
  • Troubleshooting: Apply your strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze process performance and product quality data, making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and prevent production stoppages. Your analytical skills will be key to driving continuous improvement.
  • Repair and Overhaul: Perform repair and overhaul services on assigned technologies, maintaining high standards of workmanship and reliability.
  • Communication: Collaborate effectively with engineers and production personnel to identify critical watch items and provide detailed reports on issues requiring follow-up. Your ability to communicate technical information clearly will be essential.
  • Training and Mentoring: Share your expertise by training and mentoring technicians, building a strong, knowledgeable team.


Qualifications / Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • A 2-year technical degree or certificate in a related discipline or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proficiency in reading and understanding complex technical instructions.
  • Physical capability to lift and move materials up to 35 pounds, and willingness to work with hazardous materials.
  • Availability to work overtime as required, ensuring project deadlines are met.


Desired Skills / Experience:
  • Proficient in using a personal computer to navigate online documents, drawings, and instructions, with a minimum of 6 years of related job experience.
  • Experienced in working in a team-oriented environment.
