This position reports to

Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

1. Prepares Integration man-hour budget, oversees progress, and determines actions to cost issues as necessary in order to manage operations within the budget and resources. 2. Develops programs, projects, goals, and metrics to lead the organization to the highest level of operational performance while optimizing working capital throughout Operations 3. Develops and executes plans to reduce non-value-added costs, increase revenues, and delight customers by delivering products on time with high factory and supplier yields and decreasing product field failure rates. 4. Oversees the creation of manufacturing subcontracts and manages the Technicians jointly with other involved disciplines, including Supply Chain Management (e.g., subcontract employees are provided guidance on health and safety requirements and work practices, and issued permits to work). 5. Collaborates with Operational Excellence teams to integrate lean manufacturing principles into production processes. 6. Ensures adherence to all internal and statutory regulations and policies pertaining to the teams in scope. 7. Assesses risks and safety hazards and implements plans to ensure people and equipment safety. 8. Provides guidance to the teams and seeks knowledge for their own development and coaching/mentoring of the teams.

Qualifications for the role

• Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, or
• Industrial certification for Mechanical / Electrical
• with 10 to 12 years experience in Analyzer shelter integration, including electrical/ mechanical equipment integration
• Knowledge of planning tools and production schedules
• Basic English communication is required.
