This position reports to

Maintenance Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Regularly using appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment to remove clutter, dirt, spills, and debris from production floor. Collect and dispose of trash and other waste materials from designated areas on the production floor. Immediately attend and/or address spills on the floor using appropriate cleaning methods. Clean and sanitize production machinery and equipment surfaces as per cleaning protocols. Dust and wipe down accessible surfaces in the production area, including walls, railings, and fixtures. Properly handle and store cleaning chemicals according to safety guidelines. Maintain appropriate levels of cleaning supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor. Identifying and reporting larger maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel. Adhere to all safety regulations, including wearing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) while cleaning.

Qualifications for the role

• High School Education, GED or Equivalent
• Ability to lift to 40lbs and perform push/pull functions
• Can work up to 20 hours of overtime to meet Business Objectives
• Can work a weekend schedule as needed
