We are seeking a highly motivated Production Technician with a growth mindset to join our team in Tilden, Texas. This is a full-time contract position with a duration of 8 months with possibility of extension.

Role Overview

• Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on existing equipment in the field.
• Diagnose issues and conduct root cause failure analysis.
• Handle contractor work and investigate customer/3rd party issues.
• Collect data and validate conditions using available resources.
• Collaborate with other teams to drive improvement into the business through fundamental changes in operating practices.
• Operate power equipment and utilize computers and phones.
• Lift or move up to 50lbs occasionally.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in fuel oil and gas compression.
• Operator background with knowledge of mechanical maintenance and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and conduct basic failure analysis.
• High level of aptitude and interest in new technology.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in oil and gas or other manufacturing/industrial business preferred.
