This position reports to

Production Manager

Your role and responsibilities

• Attend HSE investigation when required. Give close follow up to Hazards, Action Plans and HSE Compliance Calendar activities assigned. • Development of Work Instructions, supporting IPU process engineers, QA process en-gineer and production supervisor. This includes current no controlled instructions, NPI and product changes. • Support in the implementation and development of different core tools such as PFMEA, Control Plan, Capability Analysis & Gage R & R. • Process Analysis: Observe, analyze, and propose improvements in production or ad-ministrative processes, seeking to optimize time, resources, and costs. • Resource Optimization: Assist in implementing techniques and tools to improve the ef-ficient use of resources such as materials, personnel, and equipment. • Report Preparation: Collaborate in the collection and analysis of data for the prepara-tion of process performance reports. • Project Implementation Support: Participate in continuous improvement or innovation projects in areas such as quality management, logistics, or production planning. • Collaborate in the study of ergonomics and work organization to improve employee safety and productivity. • Inventory Management Support: Assist in inventory planning and control, ensuring ad-equate levels of materials and products are maintained. • Multidisciplinary Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments and professionals (such as engineers, operations, and managers) to improve processes and achieve company objectives. • Software Tool Application: Use tools and software related to industrial engineering, such as Excel, ERP, simulation tools, and process programming. • Support the implementation and compliance with quality, industrial safety, and envi-ronmental regulations and standards. • Data and Time Analysis: Conduct time and motion studies, capacity analysis, and pro-duction planning.

Qualifications for the role

  • Minimum Qualifications:
  • Level of Education: Currently studying a bachelor's degree from and accredited univer-sity or college. + 3/4 academic plan completed.
  • Type of Experience: Previous Experience as Intern desired or developing an academic project in the industry.
  • Required Skills:
  • Advanced English
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proactive & results oriented profile
