Wood is recruiting for a Night Operations Center Operator in Three Rivers, TX.
This position is based in the field office on a 14x14 rotation working nights in a control room setting and will be responsible for monitoring wells and facilities across the asset during night shifts. This role involves communicating with on-call operators, generating reports based on alarms and production downtime, and ensuring the smooth operation of the asset.
Location: Three Rivers, TX Candidates must live local.
Schedule: 14x14 - Nights

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Monitor wells and facilities across the asset to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Communicate with on-call operators to address any issues or anomalies detected during monitoring.
• Generate detailed reports based on alarms, production downtime, and other relevant data.
• Respond to alarms and take appropriate actions to mitigate any potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all activities and incidents during the shift.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless handover between shifts.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the oil and gas industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in using monitoring and reporting software.
• Willingness to work night shifts and be on call as needed.
