Join a leading organization in the Oil and Gas industry as a Production Lead II in Tilden, TX, where you will play a crucial role in managing operations personnel and ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable production processes.

Role Overview

• Provide leadership and administrative responsibility for operations personnel on shift.
• Supervise deployment of personnel and work activities to achieve Business Team objectives.
• Mentor less experienced Shift Team Leaders (STLs) and step-ups.
• Manage unit shift team to meet production targets (volume, yield, and quality).
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Security, Health, and Environment (SSHE) requirements.
• Conduct procedural reviews, safety planning, and execution of safe work permits.
• Advise shift team on troubleshooting and process safety for abnormal operations.
• Ensure readiness for Emergency Response through drills and contingency plans.
• Initiate investigations of safety, operational, quality, and environmental incidents.
• Create a high-performing team and measure shift team performance.
• Lead through Operations Integrity Management System (OIMS) and perform field verifications.
• Maintain high levels of unit reliability and cost-effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with Global Product Quality Management System (GPQMS).
• Network with other Shift Team Leaders to establish best practices.
• Manage labor relations within assigned area.

Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a closely related position.
• Strong operational knowledge of the Oil and Gas industry.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills.
• Behavioral Skills: analytical capability, effective communication, sound decision-making.
• Functional Skills: SSHE management, managing critical operations, console knowledge, process planning.

Education & Experience

• Qualifications: Previous operating experience, either onshore or offshore.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in Artificial Lift technology preferred.
• Experience: Minimum experience in production analysis and mechanical troubleshooting.
