JOB DESCRIPTION

Oversees production schedules across three Asia facilities (Malaysia - Senai & Tg. Langsat & China - Qingdao), acting as the point of contact between Sales and Operations to ensure efficient operations, balanced supply and demand, and optimized resource allocation for on-time delivery.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a master production schedule (MPS) across three international facilities, ensuring alignment with customer demand and business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate bottlenecks or scheduling conflicts by proactively adjusting production plans.
• Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to forecast demand and align production plans accordingly.
• Analyze capacity utilization across facilities and recommend adjustments to balance workloads.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams to support new product introductions and process improvements.
• Provide clear visibility into production schedules through reports, dashboards, and KPIs for senior management.
• Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions, capacity constraints, and demand fluctuations.
• Monitor inventory levels and lead times to prevent shortages or overproduction

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree/Diploma
• With 4 to 6 years' experience or 8 to 10 years working experience in fiberglass, heavy industrial or engineering environment.
• Good interpersonal skill.
• Able to read/write in English competently.
• Experience in a multi-site, global manufacturing environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/MRP systems (Syteline, Oracle, or similar).
• Proficiency in demand planning, capacity management, and inventory optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities to coordinate across multiple facilities.
