1. Receipt of necessary packaging materials for filling operations. Check availability of required quantities of packaging materials & pallets for production run.
2. Inspection of tools & equipment for its good function & carry out machine running repairs with line team
3. Set up filling machine and line up blend kettle / Finish product storage tank. Carry out line flushing as per instructions given by lead operator.
4. Carry out daily production activities as per filling instruction and produce good outputs keeping safety of the team.
5. Motivate the team and do pre job briefing on activities performing for consistent results. Ensure all use recommended PPE to the activity.
6. Compile necessary information and data to complete production orders accurately.
7. Reconcile and return remaining packaging materials back to stores.
8. Reconciliation of Finished product filling and product transfers.
9. Participate in monthly and annual inventory reviews to be in 0.5% variance
